Commodity Name: Triple superphosphate ( TSP )Molecular Formula: Ca(H2PO4)2H2O Appearance: Granular solid of light acidity and moisture absorption, and in color of grey or dark brown. It loses moisture when heated (100) and easily caked after being wetted. Usage: It can be used as base fertilizer, seed fertilizer and complementary fertilizer, also as raw material for compound fertilizers. When using it as a base fertilizer, apply 61 to 486 kilograms per acre subject to the soil texture; when using it as a complementary fertilizer, apply 243 to 304 kilograms per acre, and apply it around the roots not directly to the roots. The GTSP performs better when used as a base fertilizer than it performs when used as a complementary fertilizer.
